CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We try to start production and fulfillment of all orders as soon as ordered.

Orders can't be modified or canceled after purchase.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team at elleroyaljewelry@gmail.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team at elleroyaljewelry@gmail.com for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase.

 

 

REFUND METHOD

Return the original route according to the payment path of the order or an in-store gift card.



Please note, personalized items can not be refunded as they cannot be restocked.

NO REFUNDS OR REMAKES FOR MAGAHONY BOX WITH LIGHT PACKAGING ITEMS UNLESS THE ORDER HAS PACKAGE PROTECTION.

 

As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges for personalized items.
If there's any problem with the order, the customer should contact team support and provide a photo showing the issue where possible. If there's damage or a defect with the item, the wrong item was received, or there was a mistake with engravings, they can file or not a Remake.

If the gift box was damaged, or a graphical necklace has a defective chain, you can use Broken Accessory to replace it. 

Do not file remakes for issues relating to shipping, tracking, or delivery.

Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

You may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID, no refund if the product comes as described in the product page.
